PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Meganuvo APF active filter is a new type of specialized equipment for power harmonic control, which is made using modern power electronics technology and digital signal processing technology based on high-speed DSP devices. It consists of two main parts: the instruction current operation circuit and the compensation current generation circuit.
Meganuvo APF is mainly used to help enterprises avoid harmonic pollution of power systems, reduce energy loss, prevent transformer overheating, and prevent harmonic damage to production line equipment.
The instruction current operation circuit monitors the current in the circuit in real time, converts the analog current signal into a digital signal, and sends it to a high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) for signal processing. It separates harmonics from fundamental waves and sends driving pulses in the form of pulse width modulation (PWM) signals to the compensation current generation circuit to drive IGBT or IPM power modules. It generates compensation current with the same amplitude and opposite polarity as the grid harmonic current and injects it into the grid to compensate or cancel the harmonic current, actively eliminating power harmonics.
