Silicon carbide IGBT is suitable for working environments with high frequency, high temperature and high pressure.

Product Application:

  1. Silicon carbide IGBT is suitable for working environments with high frequency, high temperature and high pressure.
  2. Compared with conventional industry models, the volume is reduced, highly compatible with embedded installation projects, and applicable to substations with limited space.
  3. Compared with conventional industry models, the weight is reduced, which improves installation convenience and lowers construction, transportation and installation costs.
  4. Power saving. Taking the SVG100k model at full load as an example, it saves about 2 kWh per hour compared with conventional industry models.
  5. A single cabinet can be equipped with 8 modules, reducing the number of cabinets required for multi-module parallel systems.
